Hi! I could use some help with talking points. Is anyone out there using them today? Would love to better understand how others are designing and implementing them.

Let me provide perspective with something from our instance!
The talking points are super helpful with aligning resources toward what the team can/should leverage to capture an opportunity.
In the example below, we had an account move in market, our AI recommended we contact a certain persona. So, strong talking points would be to leverage specific case studies that align with this persona and what is most relevant to them based upon intent coming from the account!
