Love this! The process we put in place around inspection and SLA adherence is so critical to ensuring we're executing effectively. I've attached a view of the model metrics that we share with our reps (screenshot directly from the platform: Reports -> Model -> View Report) - ummm YES they want to focus their efforts on accounts that convert exponentially higher than anything else!
