Failed certification by 1 question all three times

Hi. Just like it says. I had no trouble passing the first 2 knowledge checks but failed on my 3 attempts. This also took me far longer than 2.5 hours because I have to attempt this in the middle of my usual tasks. My company doesn't require it. Is it worth bothering with trying again? I have no desire to put 3 more hours into this as I do understand what 6Sense says is 70% of the material. Any other options?

Hi Amy, thanks for taking the sales certification — we applaud your efforts.
The decision to retry the certification depends on your goals. If you want to master the remaining 30% for the sake of knowing, you can revisit the content in the last section. You will continue to have access to the training indefinitely.
If you want to get certified, you can retry using a different email (a personal email is fine). You’ll need to click through the sections again but you can fast-forward through the sections you mastered. However, we recommend watching each of the videos for the section you missed on the first attempt. Remember, the certification materials are self-paced so take as much time as you need. It also helps to break the content up and complete a little each day then take the knowledge check when you’re ready. Good luck!

Hi Lori,
Thanks. If I use a personal email will that affect the certification at all?

👋 Hi Amy,
The certification is the same whether you use a work email or a personal email.
You'll start fresh with three attempts per knowledge check. Once you pass, you can share a PDF of the certificate with your manager and post it on your LinkedIn profile.

Thanks. I'll retake it when I can focus completely on it.

Hi Lori,
Can I use any personal email? When I go to sign up, it shows me that I need to have a company domain email and access code.
Can You suggest to me, How can I open an account by personal email?0 -
@Lori Mendel, I don't work at a company with a 6Sense license. How can I get one on my own so I can take the admin and advertising certs?

@John Bergquist 6sense specializes in enterprise software so we don't offer individual licenses. However, our Fundamentals of Next-Gen Marketing and Next-Gen Sales certifications are open to everyone and do not require a 6sense license.

@Sium Ibn Akhter Business emails are preferred but you can create an account using a personal email. This post provides an overview of our certifications with links to help you get started: What certifications does 6sense offer?

@Lori Mendel, I know you don't normally have a single license. That's why I'm reaching out. Who can I work with to get a license so I can take the other certifications?
