Wednesday Wisdom: New Report Release in B2B Marketer Compensation Series


A few weeks back, we published our Compensation Report for B2B Marketers with salary insights based on the pay of over 650 B2B marketers. Among our findings were observations on gender pay equality, the impact of the tech industry on remote workers' pay, and how factors such as education, tenure, marketing discipline, and more influence pay scales.
This week, we're excited to introduce the latest addition to our Compensation Series: Name Your (Defection) Price. This report is all about the percentage increase in salary that would entice marketers to switch companies for a similar role. On average, respondents indicated a substantial 43.2% pay increase would tempt them away from their current roles, signaling a generally satisfied workforce. However, this figure varies based on factors such as organizational hierarchy, remote work status, employment in public companies, and more.
