Q: Did you overlay web personalization parallel with/as a response from activities on Conversational Email? What are your thoughts there?
A: This is definitely possible and a creative approach. At 6sense, we use MutinyHQ for personalization. For any Conversational Email campaign, you could create a unique UTM for any pages linked from the email. That UTM can then be used as a trigger for a personalized experience in Mutiny or any other tool that supports UTMs. The sky is the limit, as you will know the visitor is from a CE campaign, and you can personalize the web experience in any appropriate way.
