Hey all!

Last week, we highlighted our 2023 State of the BDR Report, exploring how BDRs were faring in the early months of this year when economic conditions began to trend downward. While BDRs maintained their performance, they reported feeling less supported and faced greater challenges in their roles.

In 2022, our survey of BDRs revealed an overwhelmingly positive landscape, prompting us to dub it the "Golden Age of the BDR." They set the bar high, with over 80% of BDRs saying they felt abundantly supported. It is our hope that we can help them find their way back to how they felt in 2022.

As we prepare for another round of data collection in the coming months, we invite you to read our 2022 report. It offers a deeper understanding of just how remarkable the year was for BDRs in 2022.

And btw, supported here is not a fluffy, amorphous thing. It's a few very specific items that measure the extent to which reps know what to do, believe they can do it, and feel like what they do matters. If they are dialed in on all three, performance flies. If not... Check it out!
