Segment Report Notifications

Is there a way to trigger notifications via email or Slack based on account updates that happen in a segment report?

For this use case: I'm interested in notifying sellers/sales people on our team if their targets move through the funnel (ie. move from "consideration" to "decision").

If you're using Salesforce, create a Custom Text Field on Account for Segment Name and follow these directions to pull from 6S

Then you can create a Flow to trigger the email or Slack notification.
