Dashboard Preferences & Filters
Your 6sense instance opens first to your dashboards and this is where you can get the best overview of your patch of accounts. It's important to set preferences and filters at the beginning of your use of 6sense Salse Intelligence so you see the accounts you should be seeing!
Preferences on the right help you find the accounts relevant to you or the ones in your territory or patch. Use these to populate the right accounts in your dashboards.
Filters on the left help you look at accounts by buying stage, temperature and qualified status. Use these to make sure you're viewing the most in-market accounts.
- Click the Filters drawer (at the left of the main data display).
- The Filters drawer slides out. The specific filters available are different for each dashboard.
- Select the filters you want to apply and configure them.
- Click Apply and the filters are set.
Alerts
Alerts are a great way to view new activity in your account list and followup on it quickly. You can receive alerts from 6sense daily depending on your admin setup.
Configure alerts for all products or each individual product your company has set up through 6sense in the Alert Preferences tab under My Profile in the top right.
To follow an account, click the star icon in the actions column for a company.
You can unfollow anything you have followed by clicking the filled star icon that indicates it is being followed, or by visiting the Companies Followed tab in your Sales Intelligence User Preferences

FAQ
What does having Sales Intelligence mean for ME?
Think of it this way: Once setup, you'll have an AI assistant that looks through your accounts each day to tell you what accounts are worth spending your time on and then gives you insight into those orgs so you can personalize outreach at scale. Not every hot account will convert, but 6sense hot accounts are 7x more likely to convert and that's where you should be spending the majority of your effort!

Sales Intelligence is a game changer. I was on a meeting with a stressed partner marketing manager who spent around 4 hours researching an account and wanted to know if 6sense could help him do it any faster. He laid out everything he found and then we dove in.
Fifteen minutes. In fifteen minutes I walked him through where to find 90% of that information for that account. The only thing we didn't find were some news articles.
