Major Decrease in Impressions Served Starting on Jan 6, 2026
Has anyone else noticed a big decrease in impressions served across multiple of their campaigns starting on Jan 6? We have several campaigns that are a mixture of reengagement as well as net new targeted, and nearly all of them are showing a 50%+ decrease in impressions that started on the 6th and has not reverted to normal delivery yet.
I reached out to support, but they didn't give me an actionable solution, nor did they address the severity of the droppage in impressions.
Their explanation was the following "we did observe a slight dip in performance starting January 6th onwards. This kind of occasional fluctuations in delivery and engagement are expected due to the dynamic nature of programmatic auctions, a simultaneous drop across several campaigns can sometimes occur when there are short-term shifts in platform-level conditions. These may be driven by factors such as temporary changes in available inventory supply, increased bidding competition, or real-time auction dynamics where multiple DSPs are optimizing spend and delivery efficiency."
Has anyone noticed a similar droppage, and does anyone have any suggested solutions that could help get our campaigns back to normal delivery?

Hi Zachary,
I’ve taken a look at your recent campaigns and things are generally pacing well. One is on track to finish spending its budget this week, while another is performing as expected and should continue over the next few days.We did notice a bit of a dip across some earlier campaigns starting in early January. Everything on the platform side is working as expected, but shifts like this can happen due to broader delivery dynamics. To help, we’ve made a few behind‑the‑scenes adjustments and will be keeping a close eye on performance over the next couple of days.
There are also a few light optimization options that could help boost delivery, particularly for campaigns with smaller audiences. Your CSM will follow up to walk through campaign‑specific details and discuss next steps.
