We’ve got some exciting new product updates from this month’s release. Please check out the latest below:   

RAIM UPDATES  

New Segment Management Experience 

Deliver personalized experiences to your target audience more effectively by using the newly streamlined segments experience.​

• Locate activations quickly, to know where segments are used; 
• Leverage new filters to enhance CRM & MAP behaviors; 
• View and adjust filters while reviewing accounts; 
• Access external list creation with a simplified flow; 
• Track latest match rate and segment usage more easily; 
• Rapidly create segments with OOTB and custom templates; and, 
• Improve segment organization with the use of sections, folders and tags. 

Please note that a brief migration will need to occur before the new experience is visible. Watch for an admin communication regarding when your instance will be updated.

Fiscal Year Reporting for Advertising 

• Recently we rolled out our new Fiscal Year Settings across the 6sense platform and now we are officially rolling out the Fiscal Year Settings in Advertising to allow for Fiscal Year Reporting 
• This will allow companies to better align with their actual defined fiscal year as many companies' fiscal years are offset from calendar years.  
• So now they'll have the ability to set their fiscal year and run reports against it. 
• Allowing customers to easily set up relative date range reporting like "last quarter", "last half", "this fiscal year compared to last fiscal", etc. will be a big value add

Sales Intelligence  

New Account Filters in Dashboard and Discovery  

We are introducing two new company filters on Discovery and Dashboard: 

• Estimated Employees : Filter companies with estimated employee count using “equal”, “greater than” or “less than” 
• Estimated Revenue (in $) : Filter companies with estimated annual revenue (in USD) using “equal”, “greater than” or “less than” operator. 

AI Insights Admin level Settings 

New Settings category for AI settings called Generative AI, and AI summaries moved there 

• Sales intelligence settings for AI is moving from under “Components and Metrics” to a fully new section called Generative AI. This new section will also include future release generative AI settings. 
• Once AI Insights is enabled admins will also be able to restrict this feature to so SI admins have access to it. 

Temperature Back-end Calculation Updated 

• Account Temperature assignment now incorporates account momentum of engagement activities 
• Account Temperature definition is also now tied closer to 6QA (Ent & Ent Lite) 
• Users will see a new blurb in the hover-over for temperatures where they’ll be able to see why this account has been listed as Hot New, Hot, Warm, & Cold.
