Creating Segment from Marketo or SFDC Campaign Members
hi! I am trying to create a segment from a field event. I looked at both my CRM (SFDC) and MAP (Marketo) lead object filters and could not find a field labeled something like "member of campaign". I only found "add to Marketo campaign" or "current sales campaign".
Do I need to check with my implementation team to add this field connection between 6sense & MKTO and/or SFDC? Has anyone set up a segment like this before?
I know you can create a segment from lead list upload, but, we upload our field event participants directly into Marketo or SFDC after a data scrub to ensure we do not upload duplicates.

Hi @mariemason! In our CRM segment filters I have an option for Salesforce: Campaign Member Status (see screenshot below) - if you don't have that option, I would work with your implementation team to ensure that it is configured. Once it is, you should be able to select the SFDC campaign you want and any/all campaign member statuses. Hope that helps! If not, let me know what other questions you have.

@Lauren Skinner-Johnson, 6sense : thanks for the response! I have that, but, the drop-down only includes "not found". Does yours include different options in the dropdown?

thanks @Lauren Skinner-Johnson, 6sense ! We do have that, but I only have "not found" as a selection for the specific campaign. Does your filter have the same thing?

@mariemason I do see the 'Not Found' when I click into the field initially, but once I start typing my SFDC campaigns start to pop up as options - did that work for you?

How long should it take for a Salesforce campaign to appear in my 6Sense list of available campaigns? My Salesforce campaign is active but not showing up in my list of available 6Sense options. Any tips?
