Always On Workflow

Hey, we’d like to run an Always-On Workflow in 6sense across different industries and buying stages.

For syncing accounts to HubSpot, our plan is to use the “Add to HubSpot MAP” action so we can send them to a static list in HubSpot. However, in 6sense we’re unable to select the list, because it appears to be expecting a contact name rather than an account name.

Do you have any recommendation on the best way to set this up?

    Since Hubspot MAP is person focused, 6sense will first establish the list of accounts within your segment as your target audience to be added to the campaign. Within your Add to Hubspot node, you are required to add person level conditions to identify a more tailored audience for your email versus adding all people at that company to the email campaign. Using conditions like seniority, job function, 6sense AI data, titles, etc.

    If your goal is to truly add everyone at the accounts in your segment to the Hubspot email campaign, you can simply find the field in hubspot that reflects the email address and choose the operator "contains" and just simply put an @ as the value. This should pull in all records from the accounts in your segment where the people have an email address associated to them.
