How can I remove contacts from an AI Email campaign if a sales rep reaches out?

You can remove all contacts from an account when a criteria is met in Audience Workflows using a Remove Audience node. See screenshot below which outlines one example.

1. Create 3 branches for intent
2. If sales has not reached out to high intent accounts, push to AI Email campaign (you will select campaign within the Action node.)
3. If there is an opp opened for accounts of those contacts, then REMOVE from AI Email

(we won't remove JUST the contact, we remove all contacts from the account as this is setup at the account level)
