Hi y'all!

We have the SourceForge integration set up, but we're not seeing anything when using the SourceForge filters while building segments.

We know the accounts have been there from the SourceForge intent data on their side, but we're at a loss as to why we're not seeing anything on the 6sense side - no product pages are selectable and no accounts with any SourceForge activities.

    Yes, once the SourceForge integration is enabled within your 6sense instance, the related Intent data becomes available within Segment filters, and the platform should begin populating accounts that match the configured SourceForge conditions.

    Could you please confirm the following:

    • Whether the integration was completed 48 to 72 hours ago?
      • This is typically the expected timeframe for our system to ingest data from SourceForge, process it, and begin reflecting the results within your Segments module.
    • Whether the required mapping on SourceForge side using the 'Customer Data API Token' is already complete?
      • To complete the Integration, sharing this API Token with your CSM at SourceForge to help complete the Product Mapping is essential for the data flow from SourceForge to 6sense.
