Help with segment building for a business new to ABM! Also - hand built 6QAs

I work for a SaaS business who has never really had a great marketing team. We are all new and becoming very well versed in 6sense, but still fundamentally trying to figure out what we should do first. I like the idea of "always on" journey based campaigns - but what's the best way to set up segments and ads? I'm only one person doing this so I don't want to be overloaded. I'm thinking at the moment of doing Awareness ads and Consideration ads:

  1. Awareness
    1. 3 ads for 3 personas
    2. have ads touch on top performing keywords
    3. target entire ICP
  2. Consideration
    1. 3 ads for 3 personas
    2. have ads touch on top performing keywords
    3. Provide "proof" including case studies, Forrester accolades, detailed blog posts
    4. target accounts who have been to our website at least once

We also don't have the most upgraded version of 6sense, so I created my own 6QAs. I'd love feedback. They are:

  1. in our iCP
  2. Are researching at least 3 topics and have visited our website
  3. OR have researched 3 topics, have visited our website and are interacting with our ads

Is this a good strategy to start? Would it be better to target industries instead? Help please!
