We’ve got some exciting new product updates from this month’s release. Please check out all the latest below:  

RAIM UPDATES 

Advertising 

Account Pacing 

  • 6sense is excited to introduce new functionality to optimize your advertising and impression delivery across accounts by avoiding skewing of ad budget towards one or very few accounts. We will measure the effectiveness of our pacing algorithm in terms of impressions and spend across all accounts to help prevent one or a small amount of accounts from disproportionately skewing the budget by pausing these outlier accounts.  

This feature will be available to all Advertising Users on Thursday, May 16th and is a simple toggle switch to enable for new or ongoing campaigns.  

Contact Consent Management 

  • Our new Contact Consent Management ensure compliance by offering settings to manage consent details for 1st party contacts sourced from your CRM/MAP systems as it pertains to using those contacts in ad targeting. This will also allow users to upload any exclusion lists of contacts who have denied consent for targeting. The Contact Consent Management Page allows you to specify the default consent status setting for contacts that you sync to the 6sense platform. This selection will determine how 6sense initially labels consent for all the contacts stored within your CRM/MAP.

Conversational Email 

Bounce Analytics 

  • In addition to providing email bounce rates, Conversational Email now provides bounce reasons. AI groups bounce reasons into broad categories for a quick at-a-glance view in campaign insights. Users can also download a CSV to get more detail information for bounce reasons like diagnostic codes and response statuses. 

Segments 

Sunsetting Look-Alike Segments  

  • Sunsetting Look-Alike Segment feature as of May 29th. Those segments will become static list segments and will continue to work as they are but will not be updated in nightly syncs. Check out the latest KB article here. 

Core Data 

Country Specific Domains 

  • 6sense can match accounts on the country specific domain so customers can search and enrich by country specific domains as well as see the country specific domain as a field on the country level account dashboard

Data Workflows Enrichment  

6sense is thrilled to introduce new functionality, Data Workflows Enrichment, for Sales Intelligence users (with Hubspot or SalesForce CRM) enabling account, contact, and lead enrichment of CRM data in real-time, on-demand, or on-schedule! 

Key Features:  

  • Real-time enrichment (accounts, contacts, and leads) 
  • Re-enrichment of SI records 
  • Visual canvas for building workflows 
  • Custom decision rules using CRM filters 
  • On-demand and scheduled bulk enrichment  
  • Create new accounts and contacts  
  • 6QA to CRM or segment name enrichment 
  • Push predictive scores to CRM 

This incredible feature will be available for all Sales Intelligence users Monday, May 13th, and you will see an in-app set-up guide when you log into the platform. Your current Sales Intelligence credits can be allocated to Data Workflows Enrichment, and there is no additional cost to use this functionality unless you need to re-up credits for use with Data Workflows Enrichment. 

Data Workflows Enrichment leverage available Sales Intelligence credits (now Data Credits) that your organization has purchased, which are easily re-allocated in the Workflows application. You can see more information about Data Credits in the 6sense product description terms  (pw:6sense-PD). Contact your CSM if you would like to purchase additional Data Credits.

Sales Intelligence  

Support for Tech Sub-category in SI & DWE Mapping Profile 

  • 6sense Revenue AI for Sales admins now can undertake technographic mapping adjustments and setup with more ease now that entire technographics sub-categories are available. No longer will admins need to find and select each relevant technology by name, now you can choose a subcategory and pull each of the technologies under that category to your profile. 

List Enrichment Matching Improvements 

  • Users can now upload lists of contacts in old jobs or with older contact data to 6sense Revenue AI for Sales and we’ll match them to our contacts and enrich those stale contacts with new, relevant contact data! This matching logic improvement now matches past work emails or past company information (past company name and domain/website) for a contact record.
