What is included in a Model Refresh

During the process, we’ll delegate a Revenue Technology Consultant to work with you closely within a predetermined time period, usually no more than 45 days.

To ensure that at the end of this process your team is confident that your 6sense models are performing as best as they can be, this paid service will include a comprehensive review of everything that can impact your models.

Below are some of the tasks that will be performed:

  • Review Keywords
  • Audit Taxonomy mapping and coverage
  • Review Relevant Opportunity definition
  • Comprehensive data checks
  • Model Promotion and Review
  • Review 6QA Segment

Please work with your CSM to submit a request if you think a Model Refresh is needed.

How long does it take for my model to be refreshed?

The refresh itself typically takes approximately 48 business hours. However, the entire process, from the kick-off of the model refresh to its completion, may span at least one week, plus additional time for User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The duration can vary depending on the complexity of your business requirements and the intricacy of your data.

Will there be any downtime during my refresh and what else can I expect as the result of the refresh?

For most cases, the Model Refresh process itself will not cause downtime, this is something your assigned Product Consultant will discuss with you at the time of the Model Refresh Kick Off. However, Model Refresh will likely affect 6QA quantity and cause some shifts in your scores. Additionally, Model Refresh does not guarantee a better performing model.
