How to unlock an email or phone number in 6sense

I’ve got some handy tips to share on how to unlock contact details in the 6sense Sales Intelligence application. It’s super easy and here’s how you do it:

1. Find the Person: Navigate to anyone’s people details page or quick view.
2. Unlock Details: Look for the ‘Unlock’ button and give it a click. If you don’t see this button, it means the information has already been unlocked. Any available contact information will be listed under ‘Contact Details’.
3. Use Your Credits: Unlocking someone’s email address and phone number costs just 1 credit. The best part? If we have multiple email addresses or phone numbers available for that person, that 1 credit covers all of them!
4. Check Your Credits: Wondering about your credit balance? Just click on the 6sense envelope icon in the left menu to check.
5. Confirm the Unlock: Review the information and confirm the unlock. Voila! The contact information appears.

Just a heads up, if you don’t have enough credits, an on-screen warning will pop up. If this happens, you can chat with your admin to ask for more credits. Happy selling!
