Registering for Fundamentals of Next-Gen Marketing Program

I've tried registering for the Fundamentals of Next-Gen Marketing certification program a few times but keep ending up on a blank screen after clicking the button to order course materials. Does anyone know how to get around that?

@Kimberly Conklin yes! After submitting that form there's a button that says Click to Order Materials which takes me to a screen that just says Please select an item but is otherwise blank.
