Sales used to be able to see display campaign engagements in their 6sense dashboards under the timeline section and now they cannot. Has the functionality dropped for SI licence users?

We can now only see this with an ABM licence.

    Hi Jess - ad display campaign engagement will only be available in ABM. These are all of the activities available in Sales Intelligence: https://support.6sense.com/knowledge-base/sales-intelligence-admin-settings/#activities-settings

    In order for the Ad Campaign engagement to be visible via the UI it'd have to be made available for taxonomy. Normal recommendation would be to push the engagement into SFDC Campaign/Campaign Member for intent-driving activity to be consumed via taxonomy and the predictive models. Assuming taxonomy is available you'd then be able to show it as a "Responded" type of status.

    Thanks Ryland. Was there a change to the licence features? I feel like sales used to be able to see this via SI.
