Enable Sales Intelligence in Outreach

Seeking help with getting 6Sense integrating within Outreach. I'm getting stuck on step 4 - "Input the 6sense API key into the prompt. Note: Please submit a Support ticket with 6sense Support to obtain this key."
I keep getting an error message when trying to enter a case on this site to get an API token.
Can anyone assist me with why this is happening? I just want an API token. Thanks.

@Aaron Clark I've had success creating a case (vs a post like this is) to get an API key. They usually turn it around pretty quickly! Just hit the support tab at the top and it should bring you to the case submission page.

Thanks @tdeahl - I can confirm this is accurate and they do respond pretty fast that way. It was a bit frustrating the case entry wasn't responding but it all got sorted out in the end pretty quickly.
