    I've seen firsthand how well you put a spotlight on reps who are doing the right things to get them some TLC from execs. Motivate them to not have a bad convo with Mac, champion them to Mac and above when it's working!

  • We have seen great success in nominating a teammate each week to come up with fresh prospecting ideas (strategies, target audience, cadences, etc.).

    The win as a team mindset is huge and celebrating the wins together is what keeps the energy flowing! Great insight from a sales leader!
