how to build an Intent data report?

What is the best way to build an intent data report that shows all the account names, the number of keywords researched & the actual keywords that account is triggering on?

At the moment when I'm looking at a segment performance report, I see the number of keywords but not what they are. When I click on the download option, it shows me the keyword that account triggered on, but it is not against an account name, just the number of accounts searching.

Additionally, if I build an alert for the segment, I can't trigger the report to be sent immediately (like you can in DemandBase). I have to wait for the selected day (if selecting a weekly report) or the following day (if selecting a daily report) - however I am having issues with this as the reports aren't being sent to me, despite the fact I can see accounts in these segments initiating activities and/or keyword research - all which should trigger the alert.

Anyhow, can anyone guide me on the best way to build/pull an intent data report for a segment that contains 73 accounts.

thanks!

@Hollie Dabson Did you every find a solution to this? I know I asked this to my CS person last year and there wasn't an exportable report option like this yet.

Hi Hollie! Thanks for reaching out. As you've noted, there is not currently a direct way to export the specific report you seek in a single action within the platform, however this is something that may be achievable via ad-hoc custom reporting by request. If this is something you are interested in, please feel free to file a ticket with 6sense support and we can route this to the appropriate team for scoping and fulfillment. Have a great day!

@Rebekah McAdams - I never found a solution to this, no. I know that you can do this in DemandBase so I was really looking for something similar.

    @Bryce R - thanks for your response. I'll give that a go.

@Bryce R - if we go the custom route, once it is built, can we manipulate it for different segments or is it only applicable to the one it was developed for and we have to request new custom reports each time? Is this on a road map to include in future feature updates?

@Hollie Dabson - please let me know how it works for you if you go this route!

@Hollie Dabson Did you get a report done? I think I'm looking for the exact same thing, there does not appear to be a way to pull down the details.

Hey @Hollie Dabson - what's the goal of the report? Who should use it internally?

Hey @Ron Shelemay let me know how you go in getting a report like this. Would love to be able to see this data but seems like it's not something you can do in 6sense & I didn't get a reply for my request.

@Kfir Pravda - the goal of the report is to view intent keyword by account. The view would be for me (mainly) + sales...

But I'd provide the narrative to sales as I don't want the understanding of intent to be skewed...

    Anything you can help with?

@Hollie Dabson yes I got the answer that they can get me this report once complimentary and and after that we need to pay for this "special" service. Not great, in my opinion.

Hey @Hollie Dabson happy to jump on a quick call to better understand how you'd like to operationalize it. Here's my meeting booking link

@Ron Shelemay yep - had a similar comment which kind of makes the whole purpose less viable since ideally a regular report cadence would be required to monitor any changes!
