6sense advertising: How to split my budget based on region?

Context: I have multiple personas for which I run multiple asset types per stage.

So for Persona 1, for BOFU, I have 3 campaigns, and each campaign represents a different asset type (white paper, webinar, etc.). For MOFU I have 4 campaigns, and for TOFU I have 5 campaigns.

Goal: I have a budget per region, for example for EMEA I have 15%, for AMER 35%, etc.

Challenge: how can I make sure we stay on budget for each region?

Here is an example of the setup:

  • HI @Daniel Pirciu. The way I would set this is up is build out each campaign by persona/asset and clone it for each region. It's a lot of manual work up front, but it will be the best way to control spend by region. Another thing to consider is campaigns by asset types. It might make sense to group 2 or more of those assets together and create one campaign for them. If it were me, I'd group all assets by funnel and then one campaign per region.

Agree, also I would look into budget planning per channel and funnel stage for each region, as this might look different for each region.

thanks, @Kyle Dugan ... I have made a mistake by calling it a Persona, it's more like a Product Category

so for each Product Category, I have split them per stage, and for each stage, we have 2-3 different asset types that we know perform better

the challenge is how to break them down even more per region without creating 10x more campaigns 😅

and the other challenge is getting that data from 6sense, I'm using Google Analytics to see the percentage of traffic per region and see if I'm not overspending on one region and understanding on another
