🚀 Business Development Representative (BDR) – Rhapsody

Location: Boston, MA Hybrid – in office Tue/Thu. [For the right candidate we could make an exception to hire in LA.]

We’re scaling fast at Rhapsody, where our interoperability platform powers the data of healthcare. Now we’re looking for a BDR with 1–2 years of B2B SaaS experience to fuel pipeline and accelerate growth.

What you’ll do

  • Prospect into target accounts with calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify inbound leads and set discovery meetings
  • Collaborate with Sales + Marketing to refine campaigns
  • Consistently hit activity + pipeline targets

What we’re looking for

  • 1–2 years of BDR/SDR experience in B2B SaaS
  • Strong communicator—phone, email, social
  • Resilient, coachable, and hungry to move into a closing role
  • Salesforce or similar CRM experience
