No engagement in cohort performance report

Does anyone know why I can see zero engagement in the cohort performance report for August, while 57 accounts engaged with my 6s display campaign? If they engaged with the campaign, it means they came to the website. See the screenshot:

Thank you, Chloe. I went to the report again, and this is what it shows now:
The previous screenshot was taken on 4 Sept, so theoretically, the chart shouldn't change, right? It looks better now; however, I think the 6Sense display engagement is still not included, as I can see 59 accs here:
You may wonder why I am being such a pain. We use this report in presentations for CRO, so we need to understand how it works.
This is the screenshot of the config if you still need it. Note, I have been changing the cohort settings around, but the charts stay more or less the same for the given time frames.
