Campaign Execution at Scale

Or as I like to call it “Mission: Possible” when MOps is on the job.

Executing campaigns at scale isn’t just about speed it’s about building systems that scale with you.

At 6sense, we run a high volume of campaigns across regions, personas, and channels. As a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist, my role is to ensure every campaign launches smoothly, consistently, and with measurable impact.

Here’s how we make it happen:

✅ Centralized Intake via Asana
Every campaign starts with a structured brief in Asana. This ensures we capture goals, audiences, assets, and timelines up front reducing back and forth and setting clear expectations.

✅ Automation Where It Matters
From cloning Marketo programs to syncing with Salesforce, we’ve automated repetitive tasks so we can focus on strategy, QA, and performance.

✅ Governance & QA
We’ve built checklists and review workflows to catch issues before they go live because scale without quality is just chaos.

✅ New: 6sense UTM Builder Tool
We recently launched an internal UTM Builder tool to ensure consistent, accurate tracking across all campaigns. It’s simple, selfserve, and already making a big difference in reporting clarity. Try it out and share your feedback!

✅ Cross-Functional Collaboration
We partner closely with campaign managers, content, design, and sales to ensure alignment from planning to post launch.

✅ Performance Feedback Loops
After launch, we track performance and share insights to continuously improve campaign strategy and execution.

Campaign execution at scale is a team sport and MOps is the playmaker. Or if you’re into movies like me, think of us as the Q Branch from James Bond quietly building the tools and systems that make the mission a success. 🕶️💼

Drop your thoughts, tips, or even challenges in the comments. I’d love to hear what’s working for you or what’s not. I might even pick it up in a future post, or someone from the community might jump in to help.
