Part-Time Marketing Campaign Specialist (Contract, Remote)

TimelyCare is seeking a Marketing Campaign Specialist (contractor, ~15 hours/week) to support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns that help colleges and universities support student wellbeing. You’ll collaborate with our campaign manager to manage the day-to-day logistics of email, display, LinkedIn, direct mail, and sales enablement initiatives. This role focuses on execution—you’ll be the operational force that ensures everything goes out the door on time and aligned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables across creative, paid media, and BDR teams
  • Project manage execution of email marketing, display advertising, LinkedIn campaigns, and direct mail
  • Track progress and maintain alignment with internal stakeholders
  • Use tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and 6sense to organize and execute campaign workflows

What You Bring:

  • Experience managing campaign execution across digital and direct channels
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, and (ideally) 6sense
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and a proactive communicator
  • Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, mission-driven team
