Persona Map - Disqualified persons still showing in SI

Hi Revheads!
Working through some concerns with our persona map, and wondering if we missed something at implementation. We use Salesforce as our CRM.
In Sales Intelligence, we are seeing two things:
1) suggested actions on persons who are disqualified in salesforce
2) persona map mess - disqualified persons still showing
I already spoke with my CSM and will be submitting a support ticket, but I'm looking for insight on your set-ups. Is this expected behavior? What mapping did you adjust in order to have a persona map that matches your CRM? Its obviously killing our SDRs time when sales intelligence is saying there's a record that needs reached out to, but salesforce is updated correctly.
