Sales Conversational Emails

Hi all,

I'm curious to hear from people who have the Sales Conversational Emails. Are you using it alone or with something like Apollo.io, SalesLoft, or Outreach, etc? If you use it alone, how does your sales team like it? What are its pros and cons? How easy was it for your sales team to adopt it?

We're looking into several platforms to see which one would be the best fit for us.

    We're currently using it alone without an SEP, but I've found that the boundary between Conversational Emails and traditional SEPs begin to blur…

    Hi @Jojo Du ,

    That's interesting. Have the sales team used a traditional SEP before? What do they think of the conversational emails vs. what they used previously? Are they seeing a higher engagement rate with conversational emails?
