Best Practices in Keyword Auditing

Hi everyone,
We are currently in the process of cleaning up our keywords in 6Sense and wanted some ideas or best practices from others on their process if they have gone through it.
We decided to include our PMM team since our keyword groups are split by our products. This allows them to go in and include/exclude keywords they think are beneficial, missing, invaluable, etc.
Have any of you gone through this or done a similar process, if so, what suggestions or advice do you have to make this process the most efficient for everyone.

I have two recommendations:
- Leverage Google Ads and Google Search Console for keyword ideas. In Google Ads, you can look at a search term report to see which searches are having the most impact. You can also review the amount of ICP traffic by keyword. Ensure they are targeted in 6sense.
- Review the behavioral analytics section for an important segment in 6sense (e.g. ICP). It will show you how many accounts are researching each keyword. See which keywords get the most and least interest and make changes accordingly. I sometimes see keywords that have almost 100% of ICP accounts looking for them, but it's because they are way too general (e.g. "marketing software").
