ABX model - what is working for you?

Hey all - we're looking to expand our ABM program to ABX. Does anyone have any great resources or materials they can recommend? Is anyone finding success with their current model and willing to share a bit around it?

    Hey @jennifer jakob — would be helpful to know what you mean by expanding from ABM to ABX as there are lots of definitions / different paths this could take. Do you mean expanding from a mostly marketing effort to a cross-functional effort including sales/CS teams?

    Here are some resources that could be helpful depending on what kind of program you're trying to build.

    • I found Carpio's book Busting Silos really helpful - you can download a free chapter here but I'd recommend getting the book. It gives you step-by-step instructions on building out a more GTM-aligned ABX program https://www.snowflake.com/resource/busting-silos-free-chapter/
    • I'm part of the ForgeX community which has a slack channel and is chock-full of great resources! https://www.forgex.ai/membership

    hey there @kendallmason_smartly - yes that's the path we're looking to take and my interpretation of ABX. I appreciate you sharing the resources ill read through and see what I can glean from them!
