Hello,

We're currently in the middle of rolling out 6Sense and I was wondering if anyone has any outreach emails that they'd be willing to share? Specifically interested to see how you incorporate intent data to personalize the emails. Also, how many touches (emails, LinkedIn messages etc.) do you typically aim for?

Great question! I've attached some templates that we use over here at 6sense. The overarching message will vary based on the outcomes you're looking to drive and the value messaging you're looking to get across to prospects/customers, but hopefully these templates give you a good idea of how we break things down.

We typically run our cadences around 18-30 days, 7-10 touches across that time period. We currently start with LI connection requests, a call, and an email and work other touches in every other day or so.

Lastly! We leverage the intent data in our first personalized emails (+ LI messages and calls) and have the BDRs leverage the intel we have to personalize a value message to prospect we're targeting. So if we notice an account is spending a lot of time on a specific page on our site, or that they're searching competitors in G2, we can go in and say something like: "we've noticed engagement from [YOUR COMPANY] around ABM strategies and are sure this is an initiative as you plan for FY23..." then lead into a value prop.

I don't have an email example Nicole, but internally we tie the intent we are seeing coming from an account to one of our many offerings. We see our BDRs leverage the personalization around the intent to initiate a relevant email conversation around the company's true pain points and how we can position the correct solution. :)
