We’ve got some exciting new product updates from this month’s release. Please check out all the latest below:   

Revenue AI for Marketing Updates 

Platform Enhancements: NEW In-Product Help Experience (Also available in Sales Intelligence)

  • This new feature provides an AI in-app help experience to navigate daily tasks and questions more seamlessly.  
  • Contextual help gives you relevant information for the webpage you’re visiting including KB articles, RevCity posts, or videos.  
  • 6sense’s Revvy is an AI assistant that allows you to ask general help questions and receive responses within any application.  
  • Access this feature through the help icon in the top navigation bar, next to the search function, and get contextual help immediately. More information in the Knowledge Base!  

Reporting: 6QA Analytics (Predictive customers) 

  • We have added the 6sense MID and CRM ID for better account targeting and usability of analytics data.    

Revenue AI for Sales Updates 

Sales Intelligence 

Push CRM Records to SEP without Deducting Credits 

  • Organizations with both CRM and SEP integrations can send CRM contacts to SEP without using a credit. This only applies when 6sense doesn’t enrich the contact record.  

GenAI Account Summary 

  • New AI insights inside the "Account Details Highlights" tab are now live and available for all customers to enable. These insights summarize and surface relevant previous opportunities into account summaries that give sellers an at-a-glance overview.

Actions Changes 

  • Newly unified contact recommendations across RAIS (Actions Panel, Persona map, and AI Insights). Plus, we’re providing reasons and insights into the contact’s engagement activities when recommending contacts to clarify why a contact is being recommended.

 Data Workflows Enrichment 

  • Addition of a “fuzzy” website match rule to prevent duplicate account records.
