We've answered some of the most common questions from today’s event and summarized them for you below:
Q. Where can I find the Reveal Event Replay?
Q. Will the magazine be available in other countries?
A. Unfortunately, no. The magazine will only be available to ship within the U.S.

Q. What is Intelligent Workflows? Is that the same as Audience Workflows?
A. Intelligent Workflows is our solution that streamlines data enrichment and omni-channel engagement, enabling teams to deliver personalized experiences at scale. Intelligent Workflows for Marketing is comprised of both Audience Workflows and Data Workflows capabilities. Intelligent Workflows for Sales is comprised of Data Workflows capabilities and is already available today.
Q. When can I access IWF?
A. We are taking a phased approach for the go-live of this new product. Please be on the lookout for communications detailing when this will be available for your organization! Once live, you’ll be able to access Audience Workflows in your left side navigation panel. You can access Data workflows in the app switcher from the top of the platform.
Q. What documentation and other content is available on IWF?
A. Glad you asked! You can start with Tutorials on how to create a workflow, how to use the different nodes, what to do after publishing a workflow etc. Or jump into the Knowledge Base for all the information on IWF you could need. And most importantly, the tutorials and KB articles are easily accessible through the Commandbar and Revvy in the product itself – check them out for yourself!
Q. Are there documented playbooks to help me get started?
A. Yes there are! There are out-of-the-box pre-configured templates of GTM strategies that you can leverage inside IWF itself. We also have an IWF for Marketing playbook as well as an IWF for Sales playbook for you to reference. For more custom templates, please work with your CSM on powerful Audience and Data specific Workflows to build.
Q. Will IWF Integrate with...?
A. Intelligent Workflows currently supports the following channels:
Audience Workflows
- CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce
- MAP: Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Pardot (SFDC Marketing Cloud Account Engagement)
- SEP: Salesloft, Outreach Social: Meta, LinkedIn
- Display: Google Ads, 6sense Display Ads
- 6sense: Email Agents (formerly Conversational Email)
Data Workflows
- CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce
- MAP: Marketo, HubSpot
A. Regarding Microsoft Dynamics customers, while we don’t have immediate plans to support this integration within IWF, here is a list of things Dynamics customers can and can’t do using IWF:
CAN:
- push to ad channels (6s, linkedin, meta, google)
- push to map static list
- purchase contacts to map and csv
CAN'T:
- purchase contacts and save to dynamics
- create new accounts in dynamics
- push to SEP
- push to dynamics campaigns
- CE (dynamics isn't a tech fit for CE today)
Q. Will we need Conversational Email (CE) to deploy emails in IWF?
A. No, you can deploy emails through MAPs, SEPs (such as Salesloft), and CE. AI Email capabilities are available through CE only.
Q. Will we be able to do something like "If prospect shows engagement on ad, then push to CE"?
A. Yes! You can directly leverage 6sense intelligence such as Ad engagement to identify audiences to push to other channels (such as CE campaigns). All from one canvas.
Q. Is IWF included in our current contract? Does IWF have an initial cost?

Thanks for this!
Do you have documentation on how a push to LinkedIn or Meta looks within either social platform?Nevermind! Revvy actually answered this for me. For anyone who might have the same question, it creates an audience that we then just attach to an existing campaign. Same method of operation as before.

I have an odd question - Can Audience Workflows add contacts to SPECIFIC accounts based on a synched CRM list?
I can ensure that a contact goes to a specific division within our CRM based on our Record Type field. However, it's possible that accounts can have multiple locations in our database.
If I am starting with a Segment that's based on a synched CRM list, is there any way to tell the nodes "only send to these accounts and no others"? I am not seeing it, but am thinking there's probably a way… right?

@Jana_Marketing_Maven Yes, you should be able to do that by creating a segment based on the CRM list and then using that to kick off the workflow. It will only acquire contacts for the accounts in that segment. If you need to do it for a subset of those accounts, you'll have to find a way to filter down to only those first.

@Jana_Marketing_Maven - Echoing @Brandon McBride (Hi Brandon! Long time!) you can start with a segment based on your CRM list. However, once in Audience Workflows, please make sure to use the CRM account filters in the Decision Node to select the accounts in your CRM (following your example above, you can select the accounts by the Record Type field - see screenshot). Audience Workflows locks into your unique CRM account IDs so you can purchase contacts for them.
Now, if you have multiple location-based accounts like IBM, SF and IBM, NY, you'll need to configure the C2A match rules in settings such that AWF can (purchase and) save IBM contacts based in SF to IBM, SF, and contacts based in NY to IBM, NY. Hope that helps!2 -
@Imran Thanks, this is what I am doing now. But I was hoping there was some functionality to be all "only match if it's the same account ID as the one in my list" type filter (which I didn't see/figure out).
Appreciate it!
