0 anonymous users with keyword intent??

We recently started seeing keyword intent data with "0 anonymous users". Never saw that before! It was always 1 anonymous user. Now, all intent users I see are "0". I have not exhaustively gone through every segment, but every one I've checked shows "0 anonymous users".

We don't have predictive, but plan to move to predictive. Seeing "0 anonymous users" calls into question the value.

Have others seen this?

    Thanks Brandon. I've had a ticket running for a while.

    I was curious if others had seen it, or if it was peculiar to our account.

    @John Blackmore hm that's odd. I just checked through some of my alerts - I seem to always have either a number next to known or anonymous. Agreed that it sounds like a bug - best of luck
