Tips once Recommended Actions and Recent Activities have been exhausted

We're working through our sales workflow and have identified a few issues that I'm wondering if others have solved for.
- We purchase contacts via orchestration, which depending on the size of the account portfolio could equal to be 150-200 net new job titles per month per BDR spread across their prospect accounts.
- We've advised that if BDRs complete their Recommended Actions and review high valued Recent Activities daily, they would likely attend to those who are engaged + strong profiles, as well as any additional valued contacts purchased via orchestration.
However, we are running into the issue that despite BDs completing Recommended Actions and other key recent activities, there is still a large number of unattended to contacts at prospect accounts as the month ends (we run contact acquisition orchestrations daily.)
These are contacts that have been purchased due to relevent job titles, but never surfaced in Recommended Actions, Recent Activities, etc. The only way a BDR would know they exist is if the BDR opened each of their accounts and looked at the persona map to see unreached contacts. Or, if they fiddled with filters in the People tab to see no activity contacts.
My question: How have you handled this issue with your BDRs? How do you alert them to new contacts if those contacts never show in Recommended Actions etc.? Our BDRs feel like they complete Recommended Actions and any high value recent activity contact but still feel there is "more" do to do prospect. Any ideas would be super helpful!
Thanks!

Hey @Jarrod Cohen, no easy answer comes to mind but I've already shared it internally as a really good feature request. Asked if anyone had ideas for a workaround and will share back here if I hear anything. Hoping there's a way to do it I just haven't thought of yet.

@Ami Arad Thanks Ami! I think the devil is likely in the details — you could find the new contacts in the new SI filtering settings by filtering no sales activity accounts, but sellers don't want to do that. Generally, they're moving too quickly or have too many accounts. It would be great to have a filter to select "no sales activity contacts" — so even if the account has had a sales engagement, it would surface specific contact records at that account without sales activities on the specific contact.
I'd love a feature in the contact acquisition orchestration to buy "strong" profiles. Yes, you can buy via persona map but it's not quite the same functionality. That way, we could really buy the cream of the crop so sellers wouldn't get frustrated with some of the outcomes they have experienced.

Yeah, the workaround(s) that were suggested were all "technically possible" but none were easy. It has been submitted as a feature request and I believe Jenna already added your account to it. Will confirm.
