Here at 6sense, we value our BDRs. So much so, that we work on equipping them with persona-based messaging so that they’re reaching out to the right people with the right message.

Here’s an example of some value cards for one of our top-searched keywords: “Predictive Analytics”. Note that there are different priorities for each persona, and so the value cards indicate what matters to which persona. A Head of Demand Gen is focused on reaching the right buyer at the right time, while a Marketing Ops Leader is all about improving lead scoring; the message that resonates with each of these personas, as it relates to Predictive Analytics, is going to be different.

Marketing takes the burden off of the BDRs by evaluating what’s important to each persona and providing tailored messaging for their outreach.

Now here’s where it gets fun. We’re going to help you create value cards for your team! Follow the below exercise: have your team fill out important keywords, the personas they are associated with as well as pain points. Then, fill in the blanks to create the value card!
