Seeking fully remote (US) Revenue Operations & GTM Systems Manager for Lytho

The Revenue Operations & GTM Systems Manager will design and manage the infrastructure that enables a seamless, insight-driven buying journey across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. This role ensures that prospects and customers experience consistent, personalized engagement at every stage, from initial signal through long-term growth, by optimizing systems, data, processes, and insights.

What you'll do here:

  • Buying Journey Systems Architecture & Ownership
    • Own and optimize the revenue tech stack of HubSpot, 6sense, PathFactory, Gong and Gainsight to deliver cohesive buying and customer journeys.
    • Have a working knowledge or keen sense of curiosity to learn and manage  Cognism, Pendo, G2, Navattic, Survey Monkey, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Matik to improve signals and workflows.
    • Integrate systems to create frictionless transitions across awareness, evaluation, purchase, adoption, and expansion stages.
    • Maintain governance over data quality, permissions, security, and compliance to ensure a trusted single source of truth.
       
  • Journey-Centric Process Design & Optimization
    • Architect end-to-end workflows that guide prospects and customers smoothly through the buying journey (e.g., lead/account routing, opportunity management, onboarding, renewal, and expansion), reducing friction and accelerating Lytho's speed to market/responsiveness.
    • Ensure ICP alignment, surface myriad buying signals at the right time in an easy to understand and actionable manner, and support accurate segmentation for targeted engagement.
    • Continuously identify and eliminate friction points to accelerate conversion, reduce cycle times, and improve the customer journey.
  • Insights & Journey Analytics
    • Build dashboards and reporting that measure buying journey health (pipeline velocity, stage-to-stage conversion, CAC efficiency, customer adoption, retention, and expansion) and allow users to prioritize efforts to grow and retain revenue.
    • Partner with Finance/FP&A to connect buying journey data to forecasting, budget management and revenue models.
    • Conduct win/loss and churn/expansion analysis to inform GTM leadership and improve buyer/customer engagement strategies. 
  • Cross-Functional Journey Enablement
    • Align with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success leaders to operationalize a unified buyer/customer journey strategy.
    • Support enablement with training, playbooks, and best practices that focus on how teams can advance buyers and customers along their journey to the end of revenue growth.
    • Translate business requirements into system enhancements and manage new tool implementations with a journey-first mindset.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience: 4–7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related role.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of modern RevTech/MarTech stacks; hands-on expertise with HubSpot (required). 
  • Proficiency in several of the following: 6sense (required), PathFactory, Gong, Pendo, G2, Gainsight, Navattic, SurveyMonkey, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Matik.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights and strategy; advanced skills in building dashboards, reports, and performance analyses.
  • Architect Mindset: Systems thinker with a track record of designing scalable workflows, integrations, and processes.
  • Collaboration: Excellent stakeholder management; recognized as a trusted, neutral partner across GTM functions.
  • Execution: Hands-on operator with a bias for action, problem-solving, and driving operational excellence.
