I'm Alina - I'm acting CMO at Chili Piper where I have been running the marketing team for 90 days now

One of my most important tasks is to make sure I have the right skillsets mapped per seniority in the team to make sure my team gets the right support it needs

    I found this marketing competency map, a little less technical but covers other areas and skillsets that could be a good supplement to what you already have in your google doc! Hope this helps, running a marketing team is no easy feat 😃
