Can a Seller search for a Contact by email address?

Yes, sellers can search for a Contact by email address using the global search bar. The global search bar is the magnifying glass in the very top of the navigation, NOT the dashboard search bar which is slightly lower. A seller can paste in the email address and it will search 6sense's People Database. It will NOT search your company's CRM. If a result does not appear, 6sense's People Database either doesn't have the contact in our database, or more likely, we have them with a different email address. If you are certain they exist and work at a specific company, try searching for them using both their name and company in the same global search bar.
