We’ve renamed Conversational Email to AI Email — a name that better reflects what it actually does. Email Agents now go far beyond basic messaging, autonomously sending personalized emails, reading replies, and handing off qualified buyers to sales.

We’ve also updated “AI Inbox” to “Email Agents” in the product interface to reflect its true role as an intelligent, persona-driven assistant — not just passive email storage. Alongside this rename, we’re launching two powerful new capabilities: AI Email Personalization and a new Native Email Provider to improve scale, deliverability, and control.
