Entries for Show Your Workflow are now closed - huge thanks to everyone who posted a video, we appreciate you! ❤️ Our panel of 6sense judges is working on their assessments and you'll hear early next week if you're advancing to the next phase of the competition.

We’re excited to launch our first-ever contest showcasing how customers are using 6sense to bring multi-channel campaigns and orchestrations to life with Intelligent Workflows!  
 
Show Your Workflow is your chance to demonstrate how you're using Intelligent Workflows to simplify execution, eliminate silos, and drive business outcomes. The winner will earn a spot on stage at Breakthrough (happening November 11-14 in Las Vegas) to present their IWF campaign! 

Here’s how it works: 

Your Job: 

Record a video (5 minutes, max) walking through your published workflow and the strategy behind it, and post it as a comment below before this contest closes on August 15 at 11:59pm EDT. You can have some text accompanying your video for additional context, but the video needs to tell the story!  

No results yet? No problem! As long as your workflow is published, it’s eligible.  

Our Job:  

Our panel of 6sense IWF experts will review submissions and select the top 3 workflows based on: 

  • Alignment to business objectives 
  • Use of channels & overall campaign cohesiveness 
  • Buyer experience  
  • Creativity 
  • Results (if available) 

The top three submissions will be chosen as finalists to present their workflow in a special edition of 6sense’s Blueprint Webinar series in September, and the audience will vote on their favorite.

 🏆 1st Prize Winner earns a Breakthrough speaking session (which includes 1 free pass) to present their workflow.

Guidelines for a Winning Entry: 

Your video should: 

  • Address your strategy and ideal outcome 
  • Demonstrate a multi-channel, end-to-end workflow (i.e., not just your MAP!) 
  • Highlight what IWF allowed you to achieve that wasn't possible before  
  • Cover the benefits to your business (think: efficiency, breaking silos)

    Coming to the end of onboarding with 6sense but this intelligent workflow is a game changer. Initial results are showing a 72% higher ASP from ABM-sourced accounts and we're matching roughly 40% more accounts hitting our site. This will be a full-funnel always-on workflow for us, saving countless hours of manually pulling account lists while increasing funnel velocity. Failed to mention we are adding conversational email to the workflow next and launching direct to CRM contact/account data workflows. I'm confident this will only improve results and save time.

    Happy FriYAY!! We first got inspired by Intelligent Workflows at Breakthrough last year. I’ll admit—I tried to over-engineer it at first 🙃. But this version? It’s our streamlined Phase 1, designed to activate 14,000+ TOFU accounts using 6sense stage signals + Folloze engagement (and save us some ad spend and bandwidth).

    We had to launch to learn—and now we’re seeing real traction. Grateful for this platform and pumped for what's next. Check out Folloze's Top of Funnel Workflow.

    Below is a link referencing our workflow that we built out for outbound enablement. This has been instrumental in being able to educate our sales team on accounts that are in-market and showing intent to make their lives easier when prospecting. It has helped to eliminate guesswork, build efficiencies around our GTM and establish a stronger working relationship internally between marketing and sales.

    Hello!

    Corporate Visions developed a campaign to create and convert demand for our Buyer Insights solution. We built a master segment within 6Sense that combined our Salesforce data (named accounts) with 6Sense intent data (accounts demonstrating active interest) and launched the campaign with Intelligent Workflows, which enabled us to:

    • Segment accounts by funnel stage (Top of Funnel and Mid/Bottom of Funnel) and geography for more precise targeting
    • Activate LinkedIn campaigns by pushing account segments directly into audience workflows
    • Acquire targeted contacts by buying stage and job title, enabling stage-specific messaging and conversations
    • Identify and surface engaged accounts and contacts for our sales and business development teams to prioritize in-market outreach

    By orchestrating these workflows, we delivered the right message to the right accounts and contacts based on buying stage and intent signals. More importantly, we accelerated pipeline momentum by equipping our sales and BD teams with in-market opportunities for “first-to-conversation” engagements — speeding time to opportunity creation and improving conversion efficiency.

We reimagined our ABM approach by aligning accounts to their funnel stage and buying groups, focusing first on our strongest channel — email. The modular workflow includes targeted marketing emails, AI-assisted emails, a contact acquisition step for missing contacts, and a second workflow for open opportunities with sales alerts and stage-specific messaging.     Hi all!

    Here is Eptura's workflow submission for your review and consideration: Eptura Full Funnel Audience Workflow

    Aside from the immense amount of manual work these automations have saved us, we've also seen significant engagement increases.

    Launched at the end of June and compared to the previous period we've seen:

    • +7% anonymous web engagement
    • +72% known web engagement
    • +12% sales engaged accounts
    • +73% 6sense campaign engagement
    • +300% LinkedIn campaign engagement (!!!)

    Perhaps even more impressive is that these increases happened over the summer, historically a low engagement season for B2B like us.

    Since launch we have also extended this workflow to our asset management solution and are in the process of building these for our Europe and APAC targets.
