Impact on 6sense from the decisions about use of Google Analytics in the EU

The 6sense JavaScript does not utilize Google Analytics. While the 6sense JavaScript captures IP addresses and cookies, it includes a consent mechanism and the ability for customer’s webmasters to control when and whether data is transmitted to 6sense via a cookie banner. The customer can stop the JavaScript from sending data to 6sense for a visitor if the visitor has either not opted-in or has opted out from the capture of their data on the customer website or otherwise. In addition, 6sense is not a communications service provider and is not subject to FISA 702 or EO 12333, which was the focus of Schrems II and the Google decisions.
