Use Any Segment in 6QA Analytics

As of today, we’ve made an exciting update to the 6QA Analytics product that will allow you to use any saved segment to power that report.

What does 6QA Analytics do?

  • It tells you how many 6QA customers you currently have for the segment and product selection
  • It shows how well those accounts are being worked
  • You can apply additional filters as well as view and download these accounts

And now you can find the value of these within any saved segment to populate your dashboard.

This comes with some additional improvements:

  • Clear error messaging – Now that you can use any segment, it’s possible that you may choose segments that don’t have any current 6QAs. If that is the case, we’ve cleaned up the error messaging to inform you when there’s a serious issue vs. an issue around segment selection.
  • Loading state – Typically, when you choose a segment, the data should load almost immediately. Sometimes getting the account information can take a bit longer so we’ve added a carousel of loading messages to let you know to hang in there while things process.
  • “All Accounts” to “All 6QAs” – When you first come into 6QA Analytics, the default segment selection is all accounts that are currently 6QA. Previously that segment had been called “All Accounts”, which can be a bit confusing, so we’ve changed it to “All 6QAs” in order to make a simpler user experience.

As we roll out innovations across 6sense we still continue to gather customer feedback and enhance areas across the board, just like this, all part of our path to being the best possible partner we can be.
