Q: Why Creative Services?
A: Many advertising clients see low engagement due to weak creatives and lack the in-house resources to deliver improvements. The Creative Services team is comprised of editors and designers experienced in designing engaging B2B ad creatives, helping customers realize maximum value from their spend.
Q: What services are offered?
A: Available services include:
- Ads consultation based on industry and 6sense-specific best practices
- Static banner ad building
- Animated HTML5 ad building
- Original ad copywriting, based on creative briefs and landing pages
- A/B testing
- Campaign launching, optimization & reporting
Q: How much do these services cost?
A: The Creative Services pricing model is based on three project-based tiers:
Silver Tier: 12-15 monthly hours | $3,000/month
Gold Tier: 20-25 monthly hours | $5,000/month
Platinum Tier: 30-40 monthly hours | $7,500/month
Q: Can I mix and match services?
A: Yes, the pricing tiers have been designed to allow you the flexibility to select the services you need. Just note that ad building can only be supported at the Gold or Platinum tiers.
Q: Is there a recommended engagement period?
A: The recommended engagement period is 1-3+ months. For ad building services, at least 2 months is recommended.
Q: What are some guidelines I can follow to get the most out of my engagement?
A: To ensure successful A/B testing and to gather statistically relevant CTR data, a testing budget of at least $100/day for minimum 1-month campaigns is recommended.
Because it is typically difficult to test CTR improvements when targeting a small micro-targeted segment with too few accounts, the testing campaign will ideally include >500 accounts.
Q: What’s included with each engagement?
A: In addition to the services determined during scoping, all engagements include an initial discovery and consultative best practices call, regular calls throughout the project period, and a final report and recommendations.
Q: If I need additional time, do I have to select the same tier as my original purchase?
A: No, you can select from different tiers for continued or future engagements.
Q: Can Creative Services launch campaigns?
A: Provided you create the segment and establish a budget, Creative Services can launch campaigns using our campaign setup best practices.
Q: How are results measured?
A: The team is dedicated to improving CTR with creative optimizations. Conversion to form fills is out of scope.
Q: How is Creative Services different from other 6sense departments that assist with advertising?
A: Creative Services helps customers boost their ad engagement and CTR metrics with stronger creatives.
Campaign Operations helps customers address technical questions around campaign set-up, launch, and delivery.
Strategic Services helps customers think through advertising as it fits into their broader GTM strategy and objectives.
Q: Do you offer dynamic HTML5 ad building services?
A: Dynamic HTML5 ads are currently handled separately by Campaign Operations. The Creative Services team can be leveraged to help customers build a winning ad creative that can then be turned dynamic.
Q: Can I use ad creatives on non-6sense platforms?
A: Yes, ad creatives can be used outside the 6sense platform.
