Can Conversational Email reply in a different language?

We're looking to launch a German CE outreach campaign. I can see that it generates initial emails in German, but does it also effectively handle replies in German?

I would love to hear from anyone who has tried something similar. Can you provide any insights on what worked well, what didn’t, and any challenges you faced?

    Hi Becki! Unfortunately we don't yet support multi-language for CE. While you can generate outreach emails in a non-English language, replies cannot be categorized by intent when using a non-English language. As a result, every reply will get pushed to to human review. Since you can't use the AI Writer from the human review page, the user would need to speak German.
