Tips and Best Practices for a Newbie Customer

Hi there!
Our company adopted 6sense about 3 months ago and I was fortunate enough to attend the Breakthrough 2024 conference in Las Vegas! What an amazing event 😃! I learned about all of the impressive things our company can leverage with 6sense and was truly amazed. That being said, I hope I'm not the only person who is a little lost in where to start within 6sense. We have our ICP built, orchestrations in play, audiences for paid advertising, and keywords thought out (which might sound like a lot for a newbie haha) but are there any tips anyone has in how else to leverage the platform in the beginning stages while we are still learning and adopting the tool?

Hi @Molly Farmer ! Looking back now, I wish I had paid closer attention to the model report in the early days. It could've helped to drive decisions on keywords and how we define 6QAs. I was blown away by the presentation from Code42 where they were able to increase their purchase stage opp conversion rate from 6x to 24x!
I would also suggest checking your taxonomy rules quarterly. There's a great RevCity article that includes a Data Governance Guide you might find helpful.
