Conversational Email
Email Deliverability Enhancements
Email Inbox Warm-Up: Gradually increase sending volume over time with new recommended daily send thresholds based on your AI Inbox performance. This feature will help safeguard your sender reputation and prevent your emails from getting marked as spam.
Bounce Prevention: Verifies email addresses before you hit send, reducing the potential for bounce due to invalid email addresses or full inboxes.
Restricted AI Inbox Alerts: Notifies you when your AI Inbox is restricted by your email service provider, which leads to high bounce rates. Take quick actions like reconfigure daily send thresholds, authenticate email domain, or review content for words that trigger spam.

Platform Enhancements
NEW In-Product Help Experience
This new feature provides you with an AI in-app help experience to more seamlessly navigate daily tasks and questions.
Contextual help gives you relevant information for the webpage you’re visiting including KB articles, RevCity posts, or videos.
6sense’s Revvy is an AI assistant that allows you to ask general help questions and receive responses within any application.
Access this feature through the help icon in the top navigation bar, next to the search function, and get contextual help right away. More information in the Knowledge Base

6QA Analytics (Predictive customers)
Introducing Targets!
Targets are a new feature that helps you set benchmarks for the number of sales activities and reached contacts on 6QA’d accounts. These targets are calculated by analyzing the number of sales activities and reached contacts on opportunities that came from 6QAs at the time of conversion. These benchmarks correspond to the selected GTM segment and product to ensure recommendations are accurate. For more info check out this Knowledge Base article.

Details Pages UX Enhancements
In this release, we are enhancing the UX for SI App Company details page and People details pages
Key highlights include:
Reduced space on the top section of the company details page & people details page
Combined and enhanced Engagement activity and timeline graph for better readability
Combined “Intent” and “Web Activities” to reduce number of tabs and better space optimization
Better filtering and viewing capabilities of the persona map and list view
New Account Temperature Calculation - Releases Next Week
Account Temperature assignment now incorporates account momentum of engagement activities. Across customers of all sizes, we saw statistically significant improvements in opportunity conversion rates with the new Temperatures. Learn more here.
Data Workflows Enrichment
Unified Mapping Profiles: You can now create one mapping profile that will apply to both SI and Data Workflows instead of managing two separate mapping profiles.
Temperature Score Export: Temperature scores are now available to export to CRM through Data Workflows. Learn more here.
Contact to Account Matching Logic: Allows users to choose which Account a new Contact should be added to.
