Don't forget to manage your review sites!

This isn't directly 6sense related, except in the case of G2, but is important nonetheless.
A few days ago we started working on revitalizing our own G2 and Capterra presences. We know that a lot of the B2B decision process is done before buyers ever make contact with sellers. And it's done through channels like marketing content, third-party content, review sites, and personal networks.
That alone wasn't worth making this post, but today an old family friend from more than a decade ago reached out on LinkedIn because he saw my 6sense review on TrustRadius and wanted to get some more information.
These conversations really do take place. And we have no way of tracking them. But we can provide a catalyst by having a presence on review platforms and by providing a good product and a good experience so that those reviews are positive.
